The state of your health is your business and how well you look after yourself determines how well your body looks after you.

Unfortunately, disease manifests in a body that is not well looked after and can predispose ill health issues such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, stroke, certain cancers, chronic inflammation, mental health issues and a compromised immune system. This opens you up to a myriad of sickness and days unwell, unable to find any energy in your reserves.

I like to take a whole – body approach to suggesting treatment for clients, in terms of diet and nutrition, (always first), sleep, mindfulness, rest, stress reduction strategies and supplementation with botanicals, vitamins and minerals.

Men’s health issues often go unaddressed, with many men not seeking care from GPs or health providers, putting them at risk for serious conditions like coronary heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and substance abuse. Mental health challenges, including past trauma, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and PTSD, are also significant concerns, highlighting the need for greater awareness and support.

Health encompasses the totality of a woman’s life – as do the factors that lead to disease. I take a whole woman approach to most common and complex daily health concerns the modern woman is facing and experiencing, always taking into consideration body, mind and the whole context of a woman’s life.

I take a root cause holistic approach to help women regain health, balance, and also happiness. This may require a multi- layer of protocols that I use with my clients, depending on their health when they come to me. There are various pillars of health and it is important to work on one at a time – like peeling an onion.
