More and more young girls are facing challenges with early menstruation and related health issues like endometriosis and PCOS. As they navigate these changes, many are offered solutions that may not address the root causes. Embrace Youth Health is here to offer a holistic approach, focusing on reducing the ecological burden on their bodies, adopting a healthier nutrition plan, and managing stress and anxiety. Our mission is to help teens achieve a healthier start to womanhood, paving the way for a balanced and fulfilling life.
Trauma profoundly impacts women’s health, often going undiagnosed despite its links to various conditions such as anxiety, chronic pain, and autoimmune diseases. Traditional medical approaches frequently address only the symptoms without recognizing the underlying trauma, leading to confusion and frustration. In contrast, my approach offers a holistic and compassionate healing journey, focusing on understanding each woman’s unique experience and integrating both emotional and physical health. By creating a supportive space and addressing the root causes of trauma, we aim to empower women, restore balance, and foster lasting well-being.

Embrace Perimenopause, Post Menopause and Hormonal Harmony
Health encompasses the totality of a woman’s life – as do the factors that lead to disease. I take a whole woman approach to most common and complex daily health concerns the modern woman is facing and experiencing, always taking into consideration body, mind and the whole context of a woman’s life.
I take a root cause holistic approach to help women regain health, balance, and also happiness. This may require a multi- layer of protocols that I use with my clients, depending on their health when they come to me. There are various pillars of health and it is important to work on one at a time – like peeling an onion.

I focus on food to feed and nourish the body and mind, botanicals and supplements to support and harness wellness, lifestyle intervention behavior and positive mindset to help build healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes with a positive outlook

Our nutrition management process is designed to create a personalized plan that addresses your
unique health needs. By understanding your lifestyle and health history, we tailor our approach to
target the root causes of your concerns. This ensures that your nutrition and well-being
are optimized for sustainable, long-term results.

This first consultation with me takes about 1 hour and a half to 2 hours. This session is the foundation where I get to know you as a person and what your goals and needs are from me. I take an overall medical history (that is usually filled out before the appointment), a time line, nutritional analysis and we discuss sleep hygiene and level of stress/ors in your life. You will also fill out some other questionnaires (that I choose upon my own discretion) that will help me to gather more information on yourself and how I can tailor a plan to suit you individually. I may request a set of full fasting blood tests for this session and review depending on the results from the pre consultation questionnaire I get you to fill out. I often email my clients after this session a summary of what we have covered in the Exploratory Session.

(often 2 weeks to one month after Exploratory session) (one on one or zoom) This session can take up to an hour (depends). We discuss your last appointment and how you felt about the session, any questions that come up for you, I go over a nutritional/wellness protocol/s that I have formulated for you from the Exploratory Session and recommend for you and we set some goals together for you to work on for the next month. I will also go through bloods together if these are given in at the Protocol Session. An email is sent at the end of the session of the session summary and an attachment of the protocol suggested.

(1 month – 2 months after Protocol Session) (one on one or zoom) Follow up sessions are important to track how well we are going, your experiences, any barriers, successes etc. I also review how the supplements are working for you during this stage. This is also where the health coaching takes place and we reassess your health goals. We discuss if there are certain relapses or barriers and we go through them. We discuss overall health, how one is feeling, energy levels, sleep and stress levels, this is a good opportunity to add on supplements if we need and to look at whether we need to address for example any gut issues or adrenal issues further. We also may add another protocol if needed and further elaborate on any nutritional plans such as an Elimination Phase

(one month to three/four months from last session) (one on one or zoom) Follow up sessions are at the discretion of the client and something that is discussed between the client and myself, however they are recommended to do and some clients feel they need to follow ups for 6 months or more in some cases. Once again up to your discretion and depending on how well you are are feeling or how much more integrative health support and health coaching you need to meet your needs.
Health Coaching over the phone or video conference is offered if needed for 45 min for discussion of supplements or regarding anything on Elimination Plan if this was advised, used as an additional support to the program if needed. Revising over health/lifestyle intervention goals and rating these, discussing any negative or positive experiences, energy levels, sleep and stress, social circles, discussing ANTS and journalling activities, adding on supplements if needed, addressing gut and adrenal, blood work if it was ordered, Goals for the next month/two or 6 monthly goal set. Email summary sent to client at end of session.

We discuss how one is feeling with the protocols, go back to any prequestionnaires if relevant, discuss any blood tests if taken and compare results ie improved blood sugars or cholesterol etc. Goal Attainment, overview of how client is feeling and progressing with protocol/s, discussion whether protocol/s needs to be reviewed and if any changes need to be made in accordance with health of client and their needs. Review of client nutrition and lifestyle behaviours. Health Coaching is also offered here in lifestyle prevention. Review of whether client needs to continue on to do individual sessions and how often. Email summary is sent to client at end of session.
